| These races are open to everyone, sportsman and pros alike. As we always do, we will have classes for everyone. Please make a point to come out for some great days of r/c racing and bring a friend along. We can make this sport easy to get into for anyone who wants to try racing! There will be awards for all mains. |

| RULES UPDATE: Regarding the Nascar 13.5 Body Rules - The 2008 Oval Champs will follow ROAR rules with the following local exception: The back of the body may be cut away We will not be running wings for this event. We apologize for any confusion on this issue. We will certainly be looking at employing wings for the 2009 event. This race is setup up to have two BIG Nascar classes (13.5 & Brushed) and we would prefer to keep it that way, we would rather not segemnt the field based on running a wing and not running a wing. It should be noted that finding a setup w/o using a wing has never been a problem. This race is setting up to be a great show, the 13.5 class is going to be awesome, please try and make it to the Altoona Raceway for a great day of RACING! You will not find a nicer, more competitive group of dudes to race with anywhere. All races will be 5 minutes. |
| Regarding the Slider Class Rules- Basically stock, allowed modifications include: tape on RF tire, upgraded rod ends, ball diffs, 18T or Losi 6 Cell Battery |
